If you break the Left and Right arm the attack range of his blades will decrease ( Note: Unbounding the Left and Right arm is a separate operation) also it is said in the mission briefing that it is weak to spark although it is unproven. It's breath of ice also has a wider range than that of a normal Hannibal. Other than that you could unbound the head and the booster(the thing on it's back) like any other Hannibal.
