Norn Database

The following information can also be found via descriptions of the Aragami found in the NORN Terminal's database.

God Eater Burst

An Aragami resembling a human fused with a butterfly. Emits rays of light from its forehead: baffles God Eaters as it floats seductively through the sky. Thought to have first appeared along the Mediterranean coast. Hard to inflict serious damage while in mid-air, so shoot it down, then attack it with one's sword. Launches long-distance homing attacks as well as debuff attacks, so take advantage of the terrain and stay mobile.

God Eater 2 Rage Burst/Resurrection

An Aragami that appears to be a cross between a human and a butterfly. Capable of firing a variety of beams from its third eye, it flits through the air to toy with God Eaters. Native to the Mediterranean coast. Difficult to damage while it is floating, the most viable strategy is to shoot it down, then close in for the kill. Its torso is particularly weak to gunfire, so when the opportunity presents itself don't hesitate to let loose.

ATK Element : Divine

Weaknesses: Blaze, Freeze, Spark

God Eater 3

A large Aragami that appears to be a cross between a human and a butterfly.

Capable of firing a variety of beams from its third eye, it flits through the air to toy with God Eaters. It is difficult to damage while it is floating, so the most viable strategy is to shoot it down or use dives and other attacks to hit it in the relatively unprotected head.

ATK Element : Divine

Weaknesses: Blaze, Freeze, Spark

Trivia

  • Also called the "Angel of Death", it looks like a butterfly.
  • Judging from its nickname and attacks, it might be a reference to one of the archangels in Judaism, Sariel.
  • Perhaps a distant relative of the Zygote. The eye, abdomen, and general behavior support this.
  • There is a rare occurence that a Sariel can slow track the player in the midst of battle from other Aragami
