It is a variant of the Chrome Gawain. It has a similar frame to its counterpart, but black and gold in color, possessing 6 sinister snake-like eyes, and having a pair of heads replacing the Gawain's massive secondary arms to fit their naming motif. Its attacks remain largely the same as other Gawain variants, however, some of its attacks, such as the dual swipe with its secondary heads, have additional effects. God Eater Resonant Ops A strange Aragami with three heads on one body. It boasts high combat abilities such as mowing down enemies using each of its three heads and emitting a ball of light from its head. It was first discovered in the Far East, but details such as where it originated and its picky eating habits are unknown. While activated, attack power increases frequently. Also, the great technique released at that time deals fixed damage to each member multiple times at once, ignoring God Eater's defense power. However, the damage per attack is low, so if you use damage reduction abilities such as the new ability ``Barrier Shield Mod``, you can survive big moves without taking damage. Some individuals will perform additional attacks if their abilities increase by three or more during activation, so be careful. Species: Chrome Gawain Type: Deusphage type ATK Type: Divine Weakness: Freeze Additional Information Trivia Orochi was originally fought only in a single DLC mission exclusive to a God Eater 2 Rage Burst preorder bonus. However, as of said game's 1.20 update, the Orochi can be battled by anyone, even those who did not preorder the game. The name "Orochi" is a reference to the Yamata-no-Orochi, the eight-headed serpent from Shinto mythology, a connection reinforced by the Orochi's multiple heads.
